Return and Exchange Policy
At RKF Home, we strive to ensure our customers' satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we have implemented a return, exchange, and refund policy in accordance with French law. Please carefully read the information below to understand the applicable terms.
Return Conditions:
Return period: You have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to return the product, in compliance with French legislation (right of withdrawal). After this period, returns will not be accepted.
Product condition: Returned items must be in their original condition: unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Any product that has been used, washed, or shows signs of wear will not be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund.
Customized products: Customized or made-to-order items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Return Costs:
Standard return: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product has a manufacturing defect or was damaged during delivery.
Damaged or defective product: If an item is defective or damaged, please contact our customer service at service@rkf-home.com within 48 hours of receiving your order, including photos and a detailed description of the issue. We will assess the situation, and if justified, RKF Home will cover the return shipping costs and issue a refund, exchange, or repair.
Refund Terms:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original method of payment within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Initial shipping costs will not be refunded unless the item was defective or damaged.
In cases of partial refunds or if the product does not comply with our return policy (used, washed, etc.), we will notify you, and the item will be shipped back to you at your expense.
Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange a product for another (different color, size, etc.), please follow the standard return procedure. Once the item is returned and inspected, we will send the replacement item depending on stock availability. If the replacement is not available, a refund will be issued.

- Return the item to the address provided by our customer service. Please use a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received. RKF Home cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged items during return shipping.
Exclusions and Limitations:
- Sale or promotional items may be subject to specific return conditions, which will be indicated at the time of purchase.
- Customs duties, taxes, or other additional charges applied upon delivery are non-refundable.
